"In reference to the rating on Google, facts are facts. There's no place for the residents' visitors to park and visit their loved ones without being towed after 6 pm on weekdays. This situation happened to me. I am handicap and had credentials displayed in and on my vehicle. There are only 5 or 6 parking slots available in each section for visitors. Due to my disability, I can't walk long distant. This is not good, especially. doing the holiday seasons, like Christmas and Thanksgiving. Family members have to leave their loveones before 6 pm, dinner time, or risk being towed by a bogus tow truck company making illegal money off the residents' families.. They tow your vehicle to some rocky un-lite spooky area closed off but filled with with other cars; there a man is waiting in a tiw truck, you pay this man in the truck who you don't know to be legitimate or not, I just wanted to retrieve my vehicle. So I paid $160.00 dollars to some unknown stranger in a parking lot, just to get my vehicle back. I felt upset, intimidated, and scared, but in that moment, I did it and got out of there as quickly as I could. This policy needs to be revised for the safety of all visitors."

"Moved in June 18th & I LOVE my apartment! The size of the apartment and price is great! Haven’t experienced any issues. My air did go out once, maintenance came the next day and air was back pumping! The only thing I don’t care for is the parking!! If you don’t get home early, you more than likely won’t find a parking spot nowhere near your place."

"I have never experienced anything like this place in my life. My cars have been vandalized wheels stolen twice and someone attempted to pry into my apartment door. The rental office staff are unprofessional with absolutely no customer service skills. You can’t get into your apartment without passing the addicts hanging out on the steps smoking and drinking. If you value your safety and property then don’t move here."

"Other then some cosmetic issues, the apartments are of good size. The current staff is doing well and very polite. The maintenance is pretty much on point. As with anything, if you are respectful and cordial to the staff, they will respond in the same manner. I wish they had a designated play area for the children. I was told the playground was taking out due to safety reasons."
