"Don’t walk, RUN from this place! I called beforehand to confirm that they accepted my insurance and that I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket as my insurance card stated . They assured me that my insurance was accepted and that I wouldn’t have to pay for my visits out of pocket. I went for my first appointment and thought everything was good. I absolutely loved the physical therapist Jane and set up a series of future appointments with her. I arrived for my second appointment and was told by Robin that because I haven’t reached my deductible that I would have to pay out of pocket for each visit but my first 3 visits were completely covered by my insurance. I was a little thrown off by this because it’s not what I was told whenever I had my initial contact with them. Because I liked Jane so much I decided to move forward with my 3 visits and was okay with being told misinformation the first time. Now today I arrive for my 4th visit expecting to pay $20 out of pocket since that’s what Robin stated would happen. Yet another person told me a different story. Jill told me that my first 3 visits were in-fact not covered and that I would owe the balance on that in addition to paying out of pocket for each visit there after. She apologized for the false information that I was given prior from Robin. She said she saw the notes that were put into the computer and that it wasn’t correct. At this point I’ve been told 3 different stories by 3 different people there and am frustrated with being mislead so I walked out and told them to cancel my appointments. On my car ride home from leaving I received a voicemail from Jill stating that she called my insurance company yet again because I was questioning things. Now she says my first 3 visits are covered after she clearly stated 10 minutes earlier that they were not. I’ve never experienced such an unorganized misleading establishment in my life. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else."
