"I recently had the pleasure of visiting the leasing office and meeting Alex and Cass, while in the process of moving to a new apartment, and I can confidently say that the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The office itself was tastefully decorated and well-maintained, creating a professional yet inviting environment. In addition, the leasing office was equipped with modern technology, making the paperwork and administrative tasks quick and convenient. The staff guided me through the entire process, answering all my questions and providing all the necessary documents promptly."

"What to consider before signing your lease. Alexan Florence was supposedly built to impress... but it falls short in every aspect. "Curiously Charming" is what they claim on their website. But there's nothing charming about it. Are you looking to live in a place that claims to be impressive but fails miserably due to its extremely poor building structure? Do you enjoy hearing every single movement, bathroom activity, and conversation of your neighbors—including the traffic noise and people walking by? Well, then you'll absolutely love it here. Do you enjoy paying exorbitant rent, thanks to their blatant price gouging. (Is Bozzuto not currently being sued for it?) Do you adore paying amenities fees for facilities that are often out of order or inaccessible? How about being treated with the utmost disrespect and dismissal by the management team—because apparently, that's their idea of how to treat valued, established tenants. (Not like the original management team, who were actually competent and top notch). And if you enjoy receiving "preferential tenant treatment" simply because you are a new tenant and occupy a higher floor and pay even higher rental prices, with a convenient 30-day clause that allows you to break your contract without any consequences, then this is the perfect place for you. No matter how uncooperative and disrespectful you behave towards your fellow neighbors. Are you a fan of having non-residents freely enter the building and rob apartments and cars because of the lack of proper safety control? Or perhaps you enjoy the irony of living in a supposedly non-smoking community and finding cigarette butts next to your parked car in the enclosed garage? Look no further, this is your dream living community. But wait, there's more! How about having a general property manager and a regional manager disappear and remain silent, or applying stalling tactics and refusing to do their job? Or realizing that, even if you pay your rent on time and are integrated into the community, management would rather see you go and put the unit back on the market for increased rental prices? And just when you think it couldn't get any worse, prepare to have your rent increased by a mind-boggling possible 8% if you dare extend your lease. It's like they don't want you to stay at all. If all of these charming and curious aspects make you jump for joy, then by all means, this is the place for you.Every attempt has been made to work with current management but to no use. Peaceful living is just a dream that currently cannot be achieved here."
