Cameron Square

"We’ve been living at Cameron Square for a year now and we have been loving it so far. The area is great & the apartment itself is great as well. The leasing office is always planning something for the community and I love that. They’re very responsive and the maintenance crew resolves or at least answers any maintenance issues very quickly! We were having troubles with the trash chute on our floor, and the leasing office were persistent in trying to solve the issue. Once the issue was resolved, we haven’t had an issue since. They’re quick to notice issues whether it be a safety thing or someone violating the policies (like being a smoke free community) and crack down on the matter very quickly. I give it four stars mainly because my bf and I have noticed a little bit of a decline on some cleanly things (which is more of a resident issue and not the actual workers). The walls can be a little thin too. I Can sometimes hear my neighbor snoring or I can hear the baby upstairs crying. Also, I frequent the gym and wish there was more variety like a back extension, barbells, and/or squat rack but other than that, we haven’t had any issues at all. We’ve been very content living here."

"Worse place I have ever lived in. I’ve been in multiple apartments in different states. By far the worst. Walls are extremely thin and do not let you be the type to have people over, YOU WILL HER COMPLAINTS AFTER COMPLAINTS to the point where they will take legal action. They expect mice to live in the apartment. You can not do ANYTHING or you will get a complaint. You can not have any type of social gathering , inside or outside of the apartment or you WILL get a complaint. Apparently statues have to live in this place. Do not recommend, for all that money I’m paying I should be able to enjoy company over. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND KEEP LOOKING."

"I’ve lived at CS for just a year and what an experience it was. Upon moving in, I realized this wasn’t going to be the place for me. For starters, the walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything upstairs, in the halls, and outside. I had the nosiest neighbor who complained often when I would have guests over. Felt like I was walking on eggshells anytime I wanted to host a game night or have dinner with friends. The office is little to no help. Turn over is extremely high. A previous employee gave me the wrong move out date for my 60 day notice. I was expected to stay and pay more for my unit longer than expected because “I didn’t have anything in writing”. With that being said, I paid month to month which as you can imagine was ridiculously high for a 1bd. ($2700) Now that I have moved out, I am being charged fee after fee which was taken out of my deposit. I highly recommend moving elsewhere. There’s nowhere to park unless you want to pay monthly. So many delivery trucks and ambulance noise from the assistant living across from the building. It’s impossible to relax with the constant noise if you have a front facing unit like I did. The only pros of living here is how nice and friendly the cleaning crew is. Those ladies work hard daily keeping the property fresh and clean. You’ll move into a beautiful modern apartment but not worth the looks."

"My wife and I recently did a couple of apartment tours at Cameron Square. We had a great experience with the management, particularly with the Assistant Property Manager (Davida Palmer) who guided us through the best options for moving in this upcoming fall. Overall, we had really great service and will strongly consider signing a contract later this summer."
