The apartments are really nice, and the location is close to a metro. If there’s any maintenance issue, Patrick and his team take care of it literally within hours. Highly recommend this apartment complex!"

"This is an average apartment complex. The utilities and conveniences are average. However it is a fairly inexpensive apartment complex. One of the advantages of living here is that is it fairly close to two metro station: PG Plaza and West Hyattsville. I would only recommend it if one is fresh to the area and doesn't want to spend alot of money on rent."

"I've been here about 6 months now and I truly enjoy it. Kim has been pleasant from the beginning. I am continuously impressed with her and her friendly demeanor. She's always responsive and has things taken care of in a timely manner. She's always willing to work with you if you need something. My apartment unit is nice and spacious. And I don't see roaches left and right like I did at my past complex. The basement has a small gym and laundry room. The laundry room is open 24 hours. Parking is assigned by number and you can pick your spot. You won't come home having to worry about finding a parking space. There is also secure entry. So far, so good!"
