"Dr. Valeriano is amazing a great doctor. He has been very helpful over the years. The only problem is the staff. They do not help me get questions answers. I was just given a different numbers and I eventually get back to the same person at the beginning. I still haven’t gotten a answer on if they faxed my paper work that was really important and needed to be faxed by Wednesday or I lose all health insurance. I have no clue if it was even sent."

"Dr. Lima and Dr. Kelly are amazing. The M.A. was also very friendly. The office staff is rude, dismissive, condescending and nasty. I was written a script for a CTA, but they have still made ZERO effort to obtain a prior authorization. When I call, the attitude of the office staff is 'too bad, we'll get to it when we get to it'. I work for AGH... a different office, and our front office staff is NOT permitted to treat patients rudely. P.S. I SPECIFICALLY asked Shelly at the front office to put me through to the office manager. Instead, she put me through to someone who does prior authorizations, but not for the doctors that I went to. Wonderful!"

"The doctor and nurses mess up your prescriptions. It takes 3-4 days to get called back, they don't care about how you feel, they dont take you seriously."

"I was having constant headaches on the right side of my head, and when I went here to see a doctor, he prescribed me Topamax... I explained everything to him, and he tried to understand me as best as he could. However, the wait time was pretty long, so make sure you have something with you to keep you busy while waiting. Over than that, my experience was great!! :)"
