The Residences at Thayer Avenue

"This is a beautiful place from the outside looking in. The units are nice, wall are paper thin, everyone knows that yet no neighbor cares about the sound. I have been a loyal resident at this place, "The Resident at Thayer". I've seen six or seven property managers I've lost count. I'm one of the first tenants to move in, almost eight years we lived here. Most managerial staff have had a pleasent practice with an open door policy pre-covid. The Fitness center is a death trap, fob in and out No recessed air. The installed TV's have NEVER worked. There is obvious mold growth on the ceilings. The noise from the upstairs neighbors are ridiculously high... No matter how many emails you send, Nothing will be noticablely done about your complains. My personal items were damaged by the constant running and jumping from the upstairs neighbors. Once I sustained personal bodily injury and absolutely nothing was done nor an apology for my pain. For the place to be so small (52 Units) they have one of the largest tenant turnovers.The reasons of my departure is alot like "Ashley Hall" reveiw. I would not recommend moving here if you want PEACE AND OR QUITE... As management will state "it's the way the building is made, it's the structure of the building, NO concrete between floors." Just to quote a few of many excuses told to me. Force Out bodily Injuries."

"I lived in this building for 2 years because of the convenience and price. However, I wasn't satisfied with management, amenities, etc. The community center is closed on weekends and on 5pm on week days. The leasing manager is never in the office nor does she answers the phone. NEVER! Parking is limited. This resident building isn't safe for someone living by themselves with a car because you will not get a parking space."
