Not sure what happened- if he now has too many patients, or is if he is just tired and is going through the motion waiting for his retirement... it is truly sad to see. He no longer cares, it seems, about what is best for his parents. He just wants to get the appointment over with, send in the Rx, and be on his way. Very disappointed."
