"They have always been kind, accommodating, thorough, and efficient at this office. Very grateful for the support!"
"i just got off the phone and the lady was very rude, rushing me, and yelling at me. she was just overall a horrible person to try and schedule with i didn't catch her name which is sad because i would definitely call back and ask to report her. it's like she has no respect. now my benefits are all messed up and i can't go grocery shopping until the end of the month unless i pay straight out of pocket which i cannot afford. all because she didn't want to take her time to figure out how to help me properly."
"The office staff are nice, location is clean and secure. I tried calling to cancel an appt during business hours, and I'm getting the after hours message though??"
"There was a older white lady short hair and glasses...very very rude. I had been late for my appointment and apologized. I told her I'm willing to wait or even reschedule. Since I thought my appointment was for different time than I arrived( literally just 10-15 mins late if that)If I were someone else.... I'd of had some very harsh words for her. But I'm always a lady. It was like she was looking down on me being condescending.....I just killed her with kindness...but she doesn't have anymore times to be nasty with me!"
"Don’t ever answer their damn phones"
