I experienced a lot of stiffness and pain in the lower back and left hip, and sometimes the inflammation would get so bad that I could not get out of bed. Since seeing Dr. Joe once per week, the symptoms of my back issues have basically gone away. I start each session with the back roller machine and then move on to the adjustments. Because I sit at a desk for a long time each day, the relief that I have received as a result of these treatments has been priceless."
