"READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE SIGNING YOUR LEASE DONT MOVE HERE ITS A MONEY GRAB. i moved here 4 months ago and i hate it. i wont be renewing my lease next year.. first of all when i first moved here you can tell they did no repairs prior to moving me in. the first week i couldn’t even take a shower bc of the tub filling with water and not draining. maintenance came out prob 5 times since living here for the same issue and all they do is plunger the tub which does nothing bc to this day im still standing in a tub full of water when i shower. i had holes in my doors, the doors wouldn't even close, culk all over the place getting all over my socks and my daughters hands, causing stickiness all over the carpets, theres a tiny hole in my back door that keeps allowing bees to get in that they never came to fix, the metal stairs leading up to my back door feel very unsafe AND one of the steps have a crack in it and is missing a whole bunch of bolts in them smh. when i fall i will be suing best believe. theres no air its heat stroke hot during the summer time so you’ll be hot and irritated. my back door also was jammed and stopped opening after a few weeks of me living here. we couldn’t get in or out of it. which is a FIRE HAZARD. we reached out to emergency maintenance for help bc the door was jammed and we couldn’t get in and apparently they dont have emergency maintenance. just a after hours office and all they did was put in “a note” and with the note the leasing office never called or followed up about the situation. if you dont have a check for them they dont care what you’re talking about. they installed base board heaters and i went to use them today and my bedroom started filling with smoke as if it was about to catch fire. they removed a radiator from my bathroom and instead of replacing the floor tile they stuck culk to the back of the tile and tried sticking it back to the floor leaving my bathroom looking GHETTO when guest visit. they definitely do turn off the water at least like once a week for “repairs”. they come and fix repairs when they want to and sometimes they dont even do that, they will act like you didnt even put in the repair ticket and fix everything BUT that. the maintenance men be leaving dirt smears on the walls during repairs. they will come and do repairs and leave huge holes in your walls for 3 days and i have a baby running around i dont need her getting into that. for the monthly price you can find a better apartment with better living conditions and Central air and heat.. below listed is the huge hole they left exposed in my bathroom for 3 days and the dirt smears left behind and the ghetto floor tile they never fixed. **Update*** We don’t use the bathroom sink bc it’s always clogged, I hear gurgling sounds and always find black stuff pouring up my sink from lord knows where and I now have the neighbors throw up backing up into my sink as well and multiple leaks around the house which no matter how many maintenance requests you put in nobody will be sent out for and your BGE will be sky rocket in the winter time bc the windows are so old you have to run all the baseboards heaters all at once on high JUST to keep it warm. If not it’ll be just as cold in your house as it is outside. Then knowing there’s a mice and roach problem around the complex they allow tenants to keep their decks covered in trash to attract that and more. Definitely breaking my lease"

"Been living here for almost 3 years and the employees and matience men have all been very helpful with any issues when it comes to my apartment. I have a 2 bedroom and it is a good size for my family not too big not too small. I would recommend foundry to my friends and family if they needed a new place."

"RUN. This place is awful. The management is amazing but their maintenance men along with the nobody's who work in the leasing office will be zero help. Waters not running? Your problem (unless the manager is there) Power suddenly is out? Your problem (unless the manager is there) Locked out? Your problem (unless the manager is there) Ceiling leaking? Your problem (unless the manager is there) I've lived here for four years. I asked for new blinds. The lovely Ms. Amber Jones in the office told me my blinds were "new" so they are not replacing them. Here is a picture of the blinds."

"Mouse/Rat infested. Poorly constructed homes, things are constantly breaking and falling apart. They hardly ever answer the phone or emails, maintenance hardly ever comes out to do repairs.They’re office is also closed majority of the time. I’ve been waiting months for things to be fixed. If you call the county they would tell you they constantly get over 1,000 complaints about this complex. It’s a decent area and it’s convenient with transportation but that’s honestly it. I would like to stay here but the living conditions are ridiculous and you don’t have any real privacy or respect with the other tenants having their children run wild and they go into your yard and leave trash or they steal your things. I’ve had my lawn decorations stolen and/or broken by the landscapers and my daughters pool stolen from my yard. The laundry room and gym are never open on time, mind you washer and dryers are disgusting as if no one ever cleans them, that’s why they’re always breaking down, the gym has very limited equipment and half of it is broken. You don’t even get access to use the lounge. Then if you’re having a financial hardship they’re quick to evict you, they only care about the money and to be honest this place is not worth the amount of rent they charge."
