Dundalk Village Apartments

"Moved here in 11/2022. I wanted to give myself a few months to give an authentic review, even though I was told the first week I moved in to give a 5 star rating, which made no sense to me at all, but I digress. Pros: Rent is surprisingly cheap, neighbors are quiet for the most part, extremely convenient location to all of your shopping and commuting needs, maintenance requests are consistently met in a timely manner. Oh and there is ample free parking to choose from around the neighborhood. Cons: Delivery issues with USPS is a major deal breaker for me. You can be inside the house or sitting in your car all day and they still wont deliver your package. Which leads me to my next con, there is no building code/intercom system to grant access to your building, so not only do you have to be home you have to be outside or at the door waiting for your delivery. Also, I had more than a couple water bottles taken from my apartment by maintenance cleaning staff, I even believe I had a food item stolen from me too(cant prove it), and even though the maintenance supervisor apologized and replaced them with no problem, Its still a messed up thing to have to go through. If you have a maintenance request please be home. Lastly, alot miscommunication and misinformation throughout this whole move-in process. This just my experience, whether you decide to move here or not is up to you. Overall, I am blessed to have a roof over my head and a place to call home given the current climate that we are in."

"This is my first apartment and I’m absolutely happy with my choice. So far I haven’t had any issues. Maintenance responds back quickly and my neighbors are pretty quiet for the most part . If you’re looking for affordable decent apartments , this is definitely the place! Also , I haven’t had any issues with pest or insects !"

"Since moving here July of last year after overcoming being homeless my stay here has been great from the management team to the maintenance. I sincerely appreciate the opened armed warm welcome they gave me then an continue to. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex another great convenience is the laundry mat near the apartments. Mr. Mike is another great individual apart of the team."

"I have called every hour during business hours for three days trying to get information about these apartments but the same thing always happens. Call is redirected, music plays for ten seconds then the call is redirected again saying nobody is available to answer. How do you manage a business when nobody answers the phones?"
