"On my hour drive home from Reading I called in a cheese steak with pepperoni and no onions. I did not state a size as I don't go here often. Upon arriving I said order 43 and the guy at the counter said 42. I thought maybe I didn't hear the number right and thought it was my order as I was tired from working all day and my long drive. Upon getting home my husband opened his sub and it was covered in onions with no pepperoni. My husband hates onions and I can't eat gluten due to health issues. We called in to let them know and they said we picked up the wrong sub. They then started acting like we were trying to get free food because we don't have time to go all the way back there. He was completely ignorant. He eventually said we could pick up a new one tomorrow on my way home from work but I will never step foot in that place again after how ignorant they were on the phone. We ended up having to go somewhere else closer to get a cheese steak and ended up paying $27 for one good cheesteak tonight. I understand it was a mistake but that was the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. To accuse me of trying to steal food basically. I will never go here again."

"Love there pizza There subs I don't care for I like ATV rolls not a fan of the homemade bread. Too much bread left over. Not enough inside the sandwich on a regular Italian roll. You can get more in a sandwich in my opinion"

"Oh my God this was so good it wasn't crowded but it was clean nice everyone was friendly the food was great and definitely worth the money. They had nice Christmas decorations which weren't overdone. I also like the way they had combos so that you could get the best value for your money. The subs were so filling I had to take half of mine home"

"I wanted a Rueben. I have never eaten here, and never will again. When I opened my to-go meal it was ice cold, as in never cooked. The portion was two super thin slices of meat and cheese, loaded with sauerkraut and like a teaspoon of thousand island on one half of the sandwich… look at the picture and decide for yourself what a joke this place is."
