"Erica Hankins told me to take a week of aggressive PT off because she went on vacation? She also could not admit it either. Ah to be so young in medicine and never make any mistakes? No attempt to schedule me with other therapists Accountability UPMC? Is that word in the health systems vocabulary??? PT here was a waste of time being herded in and out like cattle, 59 minutes and time to go. I go to a much more equipped, caring, patient, sensitive, yet smaller organization for PT. If you feel held back or left behind here youre not alone. UPMC friends and family can sugarcoat anything, no thanks y'all"

The women working hard at the front desk are always so friendly, informative and overall seem very happy to be working there which I feel is very rare these days! I had the chance to speak with the one supervisor Darah, and she helped me with my Insurance and making sure I got the care and help that I needed. She really did help me achieve life changing medicine. I'd recommend this location to anyone that needed therapy!"

"I have been going to PT here for the past 4 months...my PT persons are great...helpful and make sure I am getting the most benefit of doing my exercises...the first 3 months were great...but now they do not enforce wearing masks over nose and mouth...I have voiced my concerns to staff about clients not properly wearing masks... mainly wearing masks below their noses.....I shouldn't have to do that...their pt,s and pt assistants deal with these clients throughout the session and it is obvious that the client is not masking properly...and they are not reminded to wear masks properly...I chose Upmc because they require masks...there are plenty of physical therapy places that do not...a d just to put a name to certify I am a client my name is Kenneth Hudak"

"After an mva, CRS got my husband functioning. PT,OT,ST and concussion eval 3x. Has had a few more surgeries and a brain shunt. Be patient. Takes a lot of time and work. The guy went to jail for 51/2 years. Took that much time out of our lives. Drunk Driver. We are fine!"

"When there's roughly 4 patients to 1 tharapist there is minimal 1 on 1 time. In three weeks going there I did the same routine with no change in difficulty or anything. I am going somewhere different now and couldn't be more happy with them. I feel that I wasted my time and my money going here, definitely would not recommend."
