"I came to this practice with a single objective - to receive trigger point injections. However, the atmosphere they create makes you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, as if you are a drug addict in rehab. Over the past two years, I've had dozens of appointments with various doctors for this issue, but I've never been prescribed prescription pain medication or used drugs in any way. In fact, I actively refuse narcotic pain medication. Despite this, if you wish to be seen at this practice in any capacity, you're required to take a drug test. What they conveniently neglect to inform you is that your insurance will be billed $570 for this drug test - a sum greater than the actual consultation fee. To me, this seems like an attempt to exploit insurance companies. As for the treatment, I came to this practice specifically for trigger point injections. After enduring a visit that lasted over an hour, I left without receiving them, despite being told at the time of booking that I would be able to receive the injections during my first visit. I was then informed that I could return for them in a week's time. However, a week later, my appointment was canceled and I was told to come back in another two weeks. At that point, I told them not to bother. I decided to switch to RegenPitt in Wexford. I was able to secure an appointment within three days, and received my trigger point injections as well as relief from my issues on the same day as my appointment. If you're in need of trigger point injections, I highly recommend that you avoid wasting your time or money with Advanced Pain Medicine and consider other options."

"Took my grandmother here. doctor prescribed medication not covered by her insurance so the pharmacy needed approval to fill it for her. Who knows when this is going to be done. Extremely frustrating as she is in serious need for this medicine. I’m furious with this."
