"This was one of my best surgical experiences. Everything was extremely clean and efficient. The people were even better. Everybody was cheerful and encouraging. The anesthesiologist and nurse anesthetist were excellent. Every nurse was positive and helpful. When one had to work longer on a neighboring patient in the recovery room, another filled in promptly, and with an equally cheerful attitude. It was clear that everybody working at this site was extremely well trained, but nobody acted like they had an ego, and everybody was extremely humble. I would not hesitate to have any surgical procedure at this location. Outside of my surgeon, I had never met or interacted personally or professionally with anybody at this site prior to my day of surgery. Thus, I have no bias towards this facility. I am very grateful for their efforts."

They do countless safety checks to ensure that everything is correct. They offer timely, compassionate service. They really care how you’re doing and want to make sure that you have the best possible experience. Surgery can be scary, but I was confident in the team the whole way and that made it much easier. I will be opting for this center if I need surgery in the future."

"Sitting in pre-op for 2.5 hours past pre-scheduled out patient surgery time. Dope probably wearing off... Medical staffs time is so much more important than us peons. Model of inefficiency and lack of communication. Go somewhere else if you can."
