"No maintenance, at least it takes forever!! I am wondering how long I have to tolerate RATS in my home. Not just 1, we've killed 3 and have at least 2 more in here!!! What so I have to do to get help with this?!! How can they get away with false advertising with these houses??!! Told me we would get new windows, new floors and a dishwasher. Been here for 7 years and nothing has been improved!¡!"
"Wow, reading these reviews are scary, I used to live at Day Village some many years ago (2003) era, back then it was a pleasure to live there. If you had an issue and called for maintenance they'd be at your door in less than 15 minutes, I never saw any rodents, it was clean kept and everything. I was just considering moving back out there but after reading these reviews I'm horrified to even begin to think about it."
"Maintenance never answers the phone. When you call the office they say they will send someone & no one comes. I have had a broken door for over a Year. My head has not worked since last year. This place is terrible when it comes to communication and making sure their tenants are okay."
"The staff at Day village was very helpful and friendly with the process of starting my new lease. The new house looks great, remodeled everything before I moved in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home. The waterfront park in the community is a great feature to have access to. The neighborhood is easily accessible to major highways to commute to work."
"Day Village Townhomes is the absolute WORST place for anyone to live!! It’s infested with huge rats inside and outside of the homes and management does absolutely NOTHING about it. They threaten to evict you if you consistently complain about the rats!! MOST of the townhomes are vacant because no one wants to live in the conditions that comes with Day Village Townhomes. Code enforcement should be on your speed dial if anyone becomes a tenant. Also, if you do decide to move in, do not plan on having an any bed sized beyond a full because the box springs will not fit up the stairs nor through the window."
