"I wish I could give 0 stars. Honestly the worst experience I could possibly imagine. I contacted them 4 different times during my 6 months in Baltimore so that I could get emails for package in my building. Every time I was told the emails would be forwarded to me.....never happened. I went to my building to make sure any future packages that arrived would be forwarded to my home address as my company moved me back home quickly and we were still waiting on things. The building said Interim Homes handles that with a form. I called Interim homes and they said there is nothing I can fill out and nothing they can do to get these packages. If you are looking for someone to set up corporate housing for you find ANYONE but them. Everyone at my company has had issues beyond the problems I had."

"I rented an apartment for 2 weeks through Interim Homes. My cousin was having complex surgery at Johns Hopkins, so we wanted a "home" for 2 weeks. The apartment was perfect. There was a couple of small issues that Interim Homes addressed and resolved promptly. They were so responsive, which we appreciated so much. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend them."

"OVERPRICED! Second hand furniture, $350 USD monthly service charge, building security is POOR. Building cleanliness needs improvement. Parking lot has been vandalized twice during our stay. (management takes no responsibility) The Refrigerator icemaker has NO hook-up and the windows which are LARGE have no curtains or shades. Elevators have been alternately under repair constantly and laundry facilities are poorly maintained with limited machines of which a few need repair. My advice Find someplace NICE for the PRICE."

"Interim Homes stay at Avalon 555 property was perfect for me and my Family. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit was spacious, well furnished with all amenities... the floor to ceiling window views of bustling Baltimore Harbor East area were amazing. Roof top infinity pool and 24 hour concierge... over the top. Interim staff Christiana, Chris, Athena in Accounting and especially Julia in Guest Services made our approval, check-in and extension seamless. This was truly an interim home as my Mother and I awaiting closing of our new home in the Baltimore area, while my Aunt received treatments and care at Johns Hopkins. This really avoided my Aunt and Uncle traveling back and forth from Wilmington DE over a three week period and staying in hotels during this trying time. Kudos to you Interim Homes!!!!"
