"BEWARE SUN VALLEY LIQUORS ARE SCAMMERS! Please always check your receipt when you purchase from Sun Valley Liquors (SVL)! My husband purchased items that came up to $44.17. Upon checking his online bank account he noticed two changes, one for the $44.17 and a second charge for $44.02. The difference is the 15 cents they are now charging for shopping bags. We called, informed them of the duplicate charges and they agreed to refund the money. We drove 25 mins in sleet / rain only to be denied a refund. After back and forth debate — we decided to call our bank. We made this call in front of three SVL employees. The bank representative confirmed the two separate charges and they still refused to refund our money. Our bank representative agreed that they are likely scamming that’s why there were two separate / different charges that could likely go undetected (as identical charges/ duplicates would be too obvious) . Thank God our wonderful bank believed we were victims of this scam and refunded our money immediately and instructed us to contact BBB. Lastly, upon walking out the establishment an older man stopped us and said SVL did the same thing to him! I am very concerned that they are scamming our most vulnerable populations."

"I'd have to agree with a few other people about the reception. I'm patronizing your business and the least you can do is say "Hello" and/or "Thank you". I said I'd give this place 1 more try and that was today. To not even acknowledge me when I'm giving you my money is very disrespectful and says a lot about what you think of your customers. I'd rather drive to Total Wine than visit Sun Valley again."

"Had a hard time finding what I was looking for initially, but when I did...Jackpot! The store had moved from a smaller location, in the same complex, to a larger store! Great staff and the layout is Great! I frequent it, when I am in the area!"

Andy is great, opened the store himself during the snowstorm today which allowed me to enjoy my day off with a much needed buzz. Thank you ."
