Magnolia Farms Apartments

"The apartments are really nice. I live in a friendly very neighborly building. My complaint is with the mismanagement of the complex since we acquired new owners 6 mos ago or so. I had an issue that I reported promptly and I'm still waiting 6 mos later for a resolution that they caused. I put in a work order also to get my sink and shower repaired 2 mos ago and I'm still waiting for some one to even come look at it they are the worst. The property manager is very good at giving you double talk and unfulfilled promises. These are slumlord practices to me and I'm no longer a happy, satisfied customer."

"One of the worst apartment complex’s around. The maintenance staff is a joke and are never around to fix an issue with the unit. The lady at the leasing office is nice but has no since of urgency. The other tenants are loud and have no respect for others. I could go on and on about everything that’s wrong but I’ll just say the living conditions of this apartment complex is unacceptable and non conducive to anywhere else!!!!!"

"DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I am extremely low maintenance but these folks are the absolute worst. I leave on a business trip,(mind you I've been living here for months) , expecting to be able to pay my rent via online... Nope, the web site is permanently down. No warning, no email, no text nothing. Now they are trying to charge me Late fees and STILL can not provide a way for me to pay the rent. ===== To make things worse, the heat has been broken since I moved in (November)... It's March now... talk about a cold winter. I've been getting charged for the heat still however. I reported the heat and the oven broken back in December, still no fix. I am beyond disgusted with the service here. Likely I will be moving out soon, but It's good to know what I'm dealing with now."

"Maintenance is a JOKE! Office staff are condescending. Phone calls are never returned and office phone is never answered. I've been living here for a year now and my dishwasher has not worked since the day I moved in. Trouble tickets are often closed before anything is fixed. Reported pealing paint 3 months ago, still not fixed. Electrical outlet next to kitchen sink was painted over so safety wouldn't trip- solution? screw driver used to push in the buttons now the entire outlet is broken- reported over a month ago still not fixed."
