"Have bin stay at the home 2 last 3 months the other night at 130 I was rudely awaken by the nightly staff, and told that I had an outstanding balance, and that it had to be addressed at 1:30 at night After me, and the manager had an understanding, then the night shift staff got in my face, threatened me, then called the cops to have them escort me out after he uses key came into my room, Brought the issues up to the manager and the manager took his side horrible hotel staff is very rude. Other than the cleaning people cleaning. People are very nice people. But the management is very poorly run, and will do anything not to do the right thing we also found multiple needles in my room when I first came in there"
"The service of this hotel was really good as they were great and got us set up with a room for the night in the middle of a winter storm. Unfortunately, the rooms that we were initially offered had some lower quality and cleanliness standards. The first room we got had some brown stains inside the toilet bowl. The second room we switched to had a small blood stain on the comforter. Thankfully the third room we got was fine. I'm fully aware of that. We spontaneously booked a hotel on a random Monday night and there probably wasn't any cleaning done the night before but it would be nice to have a hotel ready at all times with clean standards."
"Our stay was great!! They put us in a newly renovated room and things were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We slept great and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was a pretty nice spread as well. Better than we expected. Thanks for a great stay!!"
"On a road trip and spent one night (Wednesday) before continuing to our final destination. We picked out a room via the app and decided to use the digital key. We walked by the front desk and informed them we checked in via the app. Also that we will use the digital key. While outside our room the digital key was not working. Back to the 1st floor and the front desk tells us the room has been reassigned. We were on a different floor and facing the back. The 4th floor smelled of wet paint as this location is undergoing renovations. The 5th floor, our original choice of room, did not smell of paint. The reassigned room was clean. The bathroom and kitchen floors looked as if they were wiped with an oily substance. It was shiny and slippery. There were two lady bugs on the ceiling and one on the window. The carpets look new. The sleeper sofa was new. The bed pillows were yellowed and the pillow cases were wrinkled as if someone was recently sleeping on them. Luckily I brought my own pillow and pillow case. Shopping and restaurants are a very short ride nearby. Breakfast options were plentiful. My partner had the biscuits and gravy. It was good. The bread/bagel was fresh not frozen as in other hotels. The coffee was not strong but hot. There was a dog on our floor that we saw but never heard barking so we know it is dog friendly. Unfortunately we were awakened by a screaming couple whose argument led out to the hallway and eventually the police were called. The hotel staff/manager was on our floor prior to the police arriving to maintain calm and I was happy for that. Overall I would stay here again if I needed to."
"I had to stay here for a work trip. The staff was nice but the rooms all smelled TERRIBLE. They said it was because of renovations and every customer complained about the smell. They shouldn't be open and operating in these conditions. They applied ozone to my room which only marginally helped but left a chemical smell. I woke up the next morning with my throat burning. I couldn't wait to get out of there."
