"I toured The James and it was a beautiful property! It was an elegant community with modern, up to date amenities. I was particularly impressed with the courtyard, just like a peaceful garden. The Leasing Agent, Sydney, indicated that their are apartments with the lovely courtyard view. The bonus was they even have a rooftop deck, where we got to enjoy the beautiful fall colors. The James is at the top of my list."

I can say that everyone hear at The James, working in that capacity, is incredible! The Office Team of Malia, Michael and Sydney, as well as the Maintenance Team of George, Chris and Colin, and the Housekeeping Team of Grace and Glenda are superb! Michael was on the spot to help me with the application process and secure the exact apartment I was looking for. When I had a few questions on and around move-in day, he was responsive and knowledgeable. The property itself is conveniently located outside Annapolis traffic, but within a few minutes' drive of everything you'd need. In comparison with a few other complexes I visited in the area, The James appears particularly well-maintained with the latest amenities. "The James Apartments are first rate and a great place to live in Annapolis. The leasing office staff are outstanding. I lived there for ten months when I moved to Annapolis for a job and before we bought a home. When we closed on a home two months before my lease was up, Michael went above and beyond to work out details on my lease takeover in a very short time frame. The maintenance staff of Colin and Chris are there to address all issues within 24 hours if not same day. The cleaning staff keeps the lobby, gym area, elevators, and all other common areas extremely clean. The apartments themselves are nicely appointed and much higher quality than other apartment complexes in the area. Love the amenities including the gym, pool, rooftop patio, and courtyard. Highly recommend The James!!"
