"Excellent Customer Service! Denise was really nice and super helpful! She showed me a 1 bedroom auburn loft with a wood burning fireplace and vaulted ceilings. It was the perfect size and looked brand new! There was no shortage of free parking as well. Denise was also knowledgeable of local schools and social venues. It was very nice to experience excellent customer service. It is very rare these days. Denise was a pleasant surprise! I will definitely be recommending Arrive Crofton to our networks!"

"I have lived at Arrive Apartments for about a year and four months. So far the experience has been very good. The apartments are up to date, a lot of them remodeled. I have worked closely with Janice and Erika at the leasing office. They are both very nice, always respond promptly, and help out the best they can. They will work with you to go over all your options and help you meet your needs. The maintenance team is great too. I’ve only had a couple problems since living here, but they also have responded promptly and worked diligently to fix the problems. Edwin helps gets things completed in quick and proper manor. I’d recommend living here to anyone."
