"Worst visit I ever had at this office. Waited 40 minutes past my arrival time, then another 15 before doctor came into the room. Had something removed from my forehead. I get it, it's surgery, but come on. If I had been late, I'm positive I would have had to reschedule. Overall I was there for over 3 hours for removal of a spot that was smaller than your pinky finger nail. Worst experience hands down."
