"My family and I moved to MD from HI and we had a rough transition with the weather and people. We moved in almost a month ago. Our first apartment not far away from here was not as welcoming as Encore. This company is above and beyond and that starts with the staff who treat everyone good. We have never experienced a very welcoming apartment community. The first day we moved in we noticed complimentary drinks in our fridge, body/ hand soap, lotion, rug in the bathroom and a shower curtain already installed. Like what? Who does that? Only Encore! They also renovated our kitchen with granite counter. Just wanna thank everyone in the office. You guys are doing an INCREDIBLE JOB! Also Allen Rocks Inc Rock!They must treat their employees very good coz it shows that they love their job. Only thing is the main doors slam hard and wakes up my 9 month old baby, other than that it's been great. Mahalo!"
