"Nothing is being fixed on this property or in the residence. Every other week something is broken or not working. My water heaters broke again for the third time I’ve cold shower nor does my heat work n it’s freezing"

"I rarely leave negative comments because everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt. I have lived at this location for 19+, 10 years too long and have seldom had an issue with management UNTIL this new management company took over took over for sure. Since Stacey is no longer here, responses are slow to not at all. Your checks are submitted late, work performed is less than adequate and the grounds keeping is abysmal. I live on the from where grass used to be healthy (no longer), dumpsters are totally trashed 70% of the time, buildings need to be hydro-blasted. Over all, services have truly deteriorated during my time here. Hopefully I'll be out by end of year."

"I lived at The Glen over 4 1/2 years and enjoyed the location and space. The grounds are also inviting as there are several mature trees on the property. If you like a little bit of nature in an urban setting, this property is worth checking out. Overall, the neighbors were great! I never had packages that were delivered and sitting outside my door disturbed and people were generally pleasant. The buildings are older but I found them to be more sound resistant. I really didn’t hear my neighbors (outside some normal stuff) unless they were intentionally being loud. To that end, over the course of about 2 years there was one particular neighbor in another building that was ridiculously loud with their music ( blasting at high volume and opening windows and doors). Numerous neighbors complained and the previous management took some steps to address It, but the issue was never really resolved (kept happening at intervals with some breaks in the noise). HOWEVER, under the new management I noticed an immediate improvement. My last few months were peaceful and I was incredibly impressed with the new management, especially the Assistant Manager, Stacy Freeman. They are professional, responsive, and kind. If I hadn’t transferred to another state with my job, I would have renewed my lease."

However, I have lived at this location for approximately two years now and I have never had an issue with management UNTIL this new management company took over. My family loved this location for its quaint family friendly appeal. The original management company made their residents feel like a part of a community. They knew us by name, attended to our needs/concerns in a prompt manner, were timely with announcements and correspondents, and dealt with their residents with compassion. They even helped me find an awesome nanny for my newborn that lived five doors down from me. She is like a part of my family now! However, since this new company has taken over they are late with correspondents, they do not cash your rents payments in a timely fashion, the leasing staff are rude and inconsiderate, and the leasing office has inconsistent hours. This is the consensus from many of my neighbors. No one should have to put up with this type of service. Therefore, look else where if you are looking for a stable place to raise your family. Needless to say, I’m counting down the days to leave this complex. Frustrated and fed up!"
