"Good prices staff friendly and helpful....plus rhe vodka Winkle tasting every Friday.....love it"
"Poor customer service and discrimination. My cousin went to purchase a bottle of wine and a non alcoholic beer. She did not have a physical copy of her I.D but had a photo of it - where she has used it at many other places. We have gone to 2 other wine and spirits store (within a few days a part) who accepted a picture of her I.D. The only reason we went here was because the other store was out of the beer. They told her they wouldn’t accept a copy yet there were numerous customers who they did NOT even card. If you’re going to ask for i.d and a physical copy at that, then you need to ask ALL customers to show proof of age. When I went in there, I asked why do I need to show proof of I.D for non alcoholic beer (I did not have the wine) and I was dismissed. I was going to let it go but decided to go back in after I was approached by a customer who said “that was ridiculous and they should apply their rules to everyone because I did not get carded.” When I went back in to ask why they didn’t ask the other lady for I.D they said “she looked older” well that is discrimination and I am in my 30’s. They proceeded to say it has less than 0.5% alcohol. However, they would accept a picture I.D but also did not card other customers who were allowed to buy alcohol. We were able to go to another store and were allowed to use a photo copy to purchase wine and a non alcoholic beer for New Year’s Eve. We will not be returning here. Edit: To respond to the owner - the point is YOU DID NOT ASK ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR I.D. That is discrimination per your policy: we have to ask everyone you purchases alcohol for I.D. If you did not sell alcohol to anyone without a physical copy of their I.D., I would have no argument. You have a lot of 1 star reviews. Take a step back and look how you treat customers - do better!"
"Great selection of wine and spirits. However, customer service seems to be declining. Although helpful, the owner or manager was on the phone speaking very loud whilst helping us find something. I find this rude and inconsiderate to customers and employees who try their best to do their job. If you have an earbud in and carrying on a conversation - you need to STOP the conversation hang up and look after your customers. Or go to another location. Seriously!"
"I’ve been here several times and agree with what has been said in a number of reviews. The selection is decent but the coolers in the front offering single beers, ciders, etc. has gotten less variety over time which is discouraging. Prices are just okay, sales make some things more appealing. Most recently I tried to take advantage of some of the sales that were going on and realized when I got home that I was over charged, unfortunately I wasn’t given a receipt as usually happens and I’m guessing that was why. Caveat emptor."
"Customer service: not terrible… it’s non-existent! Visit occurred: 3/22/22 @ 8:30pm. I’m new to the area and I had a simple question about the the hours. Yes I know, I could look online but I’m trying to find the store I can start going to for alcohol. I’d want to know the people I see every now and then are somewhat decent to have a transaction with. Unfortunately, it will NOT be this establishment. The man at the register couldn’t speak english well so the man that spoke very clear english was signaled to answer my question. He was insanely rude and condescending. It’s like he didn’t know how to interact with humans. At least the man that couldn’t speak english well looked at me with some respect. I don’t know the name of the other man. Employee, helper or owner. He should be trained how to speak to people. You can lose a ton of business treating people like they’re not worth your paid time to answer a simple question. I also made it clear that I will not come back. In case he sees this, be better!"
