"Missed a new patient appointment ( even though I've actually been here before) 25 min after the missed appointment, the RUDEST woman reprimanded me over the telephone. Needless to say I will never go there. Your people skills are lacking lady. Maybe that's not the profession for you."

"I have a great deal of problems with this office . They go through doctors like a pack of skittles. I never know who I am going to see. When I return calls from their office to get results the humans at the office will send me to a machine instead of a doctor or nurse and I am forced to leave a message. Then when I call back a minute later the answer machines will be turned off and suddenly it will be after hours. It doesn't seem like the office staff likes dealing with actual patient concerns and would rather pass you off to the next person to deal with. It takes 15 minutes to schedule an appointment now because they send you through a call center. If I didn't have to go through this office to receive my prescriptions I would have left years ago. This is not the first time the office staff or nurses have been rude to me. It has happened multiple times. I truly believe they dislike talking to patients. They want as little interaction with the patients as possible. When you check in it is with a machine, when you make appointments it's with call center, when you have a question your are sent to a machine. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! UGH! So frustrated."

"My review is for the office staff, and not the physician. I called and try to schedule an appointment for a new patient. The lady on the phone (Stephany I believe) put me on hold for over 10 minutes and never got back to the call. I called back to try to schedule, and the staff member was very rude and condescending. I never saw the physician, but the vibes I got for the staff are enough for me not to schedule with them."

"I love Dr. Dorsch. She is a great doctor and takes plenty of time to talk to you person to person. She's very down to earth and shows genuine concern to me as a patient. Unfortunately, the receptionist is terribly rude. This has been noted during both office visits and phone calls. She is unfriendly and when answering questions does a fantastic job of belittling you. Such a shame to have her as the initial line of contact between patient and such a great doctor."
