"Changing the name of the complex was bad enough. But Signature Properties cares very little for residents. People who live here abuse the policies and rules continually. Reports are sent to management who claim they will handle and NOTHING is ever done. Office is a revolving door of staff. Then many of us have heard we are getting a new management company. But in reality the complex is supposed to be sold. Nothing has been shared with the residents which is par for the course. Lack of communication and extremely last minute communication is Signature Properties MO. Here’s hoping, if it’s true, the new company will actually work to make this the desirable complex it could be."

"This place deserves zero stars. Do not move here unless you absolutely cannot afford nor find ANYTHING ELSE and I mean almost anything! All they do is collect rent. Nothing else. At all. They don’t even have proper supplies for their staff to work with like a rolling trash can, salt spreader or snow blower. They take care of NO work orders unless you call the people on them lol. And then they do a very half azz job at that. Very rude to residents, and office staff is always unavailable or closed. Little to no notice of planned repairs requiring electric to be off or floors to be closed. Elevators down for months at a time with no updates. No communication with residents and supposed services are usually unavailable. Place is overrun with dog owners who leave poop everywhere and minimal cleaning if any at all in common areas. NO secured entry, homeless people sleep anywhere in the building, car and wheel thefts frequently, trash everywhere all the time. They won’t even change a light bulb or light globes in common areas. Entire property gives off a very we don’t care about you vibe. Tragic! Look elsewhere!"

"Property is not taken care of for what your paying to stay here. Not enough parking. Hard to get in touch with anyone even by email. Smells from other apartments travel into your own. Elevator is always down. Rodent issue. Ect. Only thing good about these apartments is the space."

"This is the absolute WORST place to live. There is mold everywhere, rats running through the building and the property is disgusting. The property manager is horrible, she is the rudest person EVER! DONT NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY/ OR ENERGY DEALING WITH THE ELMS OR SIGNATURE PROPERTIES AT ALL. No. Or answers the phone at Corporate Headquarters. I got stuck in the elevator several times with my 2 young children. I had to walk up 5 flights of stairs after having a C-section because the elevator was out. When taking a shower we would be up to our calf's in water because the tub wasn't draining and no one ever came to fix the problem"

"This Complex is just filthy rat, roach, and mice infected!! BEWARE DO NOT MOVE HERE I REPEAT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! THERE IS MOLD IN EVERY BUILDING THEY OVER CHARGER YOU FOR THE UNITS I WAS PAYING $1500 FOR A ONE BEDROOM LIVING WITH ROACHES AND WOULD'VE HAVE BEEN MICE BUT I DECIDED TO BUY A CAT TO KEEP THEM AWAY!!!!!"
