"Excellent Landlord. Genuinely a wonderful place to live. Alright, let's update this. If I could give 6 stars, I genuinely would. I lived here for 3 years, and every time I had an issue, no matter how minor, Erin would take care of it extremely quickly. I was always communicated with respectfully and thoughtfully, and always felt like my concerns were addressed. I had nights where things would go wrong, and I was always talked to and taken care of. I ended up moving out recently, but it was only because I've finally saved enough money to get a house. Upon moving out, I was given a very pleasant experience with moving out that was quick and easy, and took a quick tour with Erin(the Manager of the property), and she was attentive and very helpful with everything. If I ever live in an Apartment again, this would be the place for me. I lived here with my cat, and having the park about 40 feet from the property(with a gorgeous view of the river) is absolutely amazing. Main street traffic is a bit insane, but having a ton of small local places to visit and eat at is fun, as well as having both Fulton and Laurel close by for any larger needs. Location is a main concern with living, and this is a perfect location to access anything in Maryland you might need. I never had any flooding, even in extremely heavy storms, and had a below-ground apartment. I also had an issue with the washing machines at one point, and Erin was so determined to address the issue they switched companies entirely to get the problem solved. If you're nervous about jumping into a rental property in the current world, this is by far the best managed and kept I've ever lived at in 20 years of apartment living, and would definitely move back if I needed to. Live here without worry."

"This apartment complex is the best I've ever lived in. Erin in the office is the most wonderful person. She responds promptly and quickly gets work orders done. The maintenance people are super respectful and kind. I could not recommend this place enough. I tell all my friends and family about it. If I wasn't moving to another state for work, I would live here forever. I'm really sad to leave. The apartments are clean and well kept both in the common hallways and outsides areas. Its close to shops and a nice walking path. Parking is easy and there are more than enough spots. If you're looking for a quiet nice place to live, this is the perfect spot for you!!"

"2018!!!I lived in Riverview 1 apartments for a year 1/2 and I honestly experienced pros and cons of these apartments. Ill list the pros first because they’re pretty straight forward. The staff are extra friendly and fast with maintenance request. Location is close to major beltways and the neighborhood is quiet. And the lease breaks after 1 year. Now on to the cons. Firstly I like to say prior to me moving in there were no updated reviews on these apartments only reviews from years ago. When I first moved in I noticed off the back the very loud floor creaking/ noise. Not like the regular walking above my head noise it was SCREECHING! Every night I had to listen to my neighbors intimacy at 3am on top of the floor sounding like it was going to cave in. I woke up every morning whenever they woke up THANKFULLY they moved about 3 months in of me being there. I contacted my property manager, and complained several times that the floor needed to be fixed before another resident moved in so they had some people come out, and inspect to “fix” the problem. without asking me if I still heard unusual floor creaking they had another resident move in directly after, and the floors were EVEN WORSE! Everyday I woke up at 7AM because the resident above me was going to work. I can not tell you how frustrating this experience was to the point I had to start sleeping in my living room. After contacting the property manager for the last time she offered me another unit for $125 more than what I was paying. I didn’t understand the logic behind that AT ALL. The gesture was absolutely foolish in my eyes. So of course I DECLINED, and I was never offered any other solution. My next issue were the ROACHES/bugs that were in this apartment had me shook to the core to the point of no return. Every night I came home I would see them in my kitchen, and bathroom. Weather my apartment was squeaky clean smelling like fresh bleach, or not they were still there!!!! I was confused because they have an “exterminator” come periodically, but that clearly helped NONE. Not to mention they followed me to my current home. THANK GOD for fumigation that ACTUALLY works. My next issue with these apartments is there is absolutely NO SECURITY. Being that I get off late at night the positioning of these complexes are next to a dark trail where anyone can be plotting. one night I came home there was a man looking in trash cans and starring at me to get out my car. He proceeded to go INSIDE my building, and then asked me how’s it going mind you this is around 12AM. I was so freaked out I went back to my car, and waited for him to leave. Who was I suppose to call maintenance? By the time police arrived he would be long gone. Not to mention there are NO LOCKS to the buildings Anyone can walk in! I’ve encountered 3 total incidents where security was needed! Next the air conditioning units are pure TRASH if you want to stay cool they will need to be on 24/7 as soon as they are cut off it starts to get HEATED. Next the actual trash is not a dumpster like most apartments instead it’s trash cans in a hut every time I opened to the door to throw my trash there were MICE! This was honestly my last straw! LASTLY the apartments need to be renovated FOR SURE very old style inside and out. I definitely could not recommend this to anyone unless it’s desperate need. And would you believe they had the nerve to raise my rent!?"

"I have been living here going on 3 months and i am extremely happy. I always feel safe and it is very quiet and peaceful. I haven't seen any riff raff and aside from the dumpster area overflowing sometimes, it's pretty clean. The staff is very friendly and responsive. I am glad i made the decision to move here. The only downside is there is no model for the garden style apartments so when apartment shopping i did take a risk by committing to it without seeing it first, but there is a 30 day guarantee."
