"Yadira and Janira were very helpful during my application process. They communicated everything along the way making this one of my easiest moves. I have been referred by a resident who says the new management started in March and they were hesitant but have found the new management pleasant and as a new resident I can say I have experienced great customer service and feel right at home. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and clean."

"Have lived here for over 5 years and not too many complaints. Parking isn't the best because it's first come but it's not the too bad. Management has always been wonderful. I loved our previous manager and when Janira took over she was spectacular. Always has been willing to help us with anything we need. The maintenance guys have always been great also. Even when we had to call them after hours. The cleaning staff is also excellent making sure everything is tidy. Only complaints is how often the water is shut off to fix things and getting notice on our door after we leave for work that they need access the following day. Which leaves us with less than 24 hrs to prepare if things need to be moved. Otherwise love living here."

"New management and new staff. They are doing a fantastic job. All concerns are addressed quickly and they keep a beautiful complex. The neighborhood is surrounded by beautiful houses so we’re pretty secluded from other apartments or businesses. Nice little hidden treasure."

"Mill Creek Gardens Apartments is a great place to live! Management is always available to lend assistance in a timely manner. The maintenance staff is easy to contact for both emergencies and not so urgent needs for repairs. Compared to other residences in the Gaithersburg area, Mill Creek Gardens is ideal. Also, the neighborhood is very inviting and surrounded in a lovely wooded area which to me is very important! Keep up the good work, Janira and Americo’s maintenance staff!!"

"When you call, NO ONE ANSWERS! Reading reviews, thank you all for voicing this. I will not move here. Thanks! Contact Housing Code Enforcement when issues like such arise. If you pay rent, they are supposed to fix it in a timely manner, not 8 months + later or when they feel like it. REPORT!!!!!"
