"We’ve had a very positive experience at the Malvern School, with two kids currently in enrolled. The Directors and Teachers are caring and communicative, and we feel 100% comfortable entrusting then with the care of our children. The curriculum is well-structured and has really helped with both of our childrens’ development - if you have a child that is not intrinsically motivated/interested in learning things like letters & numbers & needs structure / routine (like mine) this is a great program. Also, the summer camp program is great with lots of fun activities- swimming (for older kids), splash days, field trips, etc. The tuition is costly, but comparable for other childcare centers in the area. Highly recommend!"
"Highly recommend! Our kids have been a part of the Malvern School for a number of years and our experience has been incredible. Everyone is so friendly and helps to create an atmosphere where our kids get excited to go to school. If I could do more than a 5 Star Rating, I would!"
"Exceptional Teaching Staff with a Star Educator! I feel compelled to share my family’s overwhelmingly positive experience with the dedicated and talented teachers at this school. Each one of them is deserving of the highest praise for the incredible work they do. Currently, my oldest son has the privilege of being in Miss Cheryl's class, and I must say she is truly a gem. Miss Cheryl has this uncanny ability to blend just the right amount of strictness with a nurturing touch. This balanced approach not only instills discipline in the children but also ensures that they are always in a loving and caring environment. What makes Miss Cheryl so remarkable is her genuine investment in each child’s well-being and development. My son adores her and looks forward to going to school every day, which is a testament to the positive influence she has on him. It is heartwarming to see him blossom under her guidance. We, as parents, are also immensely impressed and grateful for Miss Cheryl. She has an open line of communication and always keeps us in the loop regarding our son’s progress. Her commitment to education and the genuine love she has for the children makes her an invaluable asset to the school. In closing, I would like to extend my sincerest appreciation not only to Miss Cheryl but to all the teachers at the school for the exceptional job they are doing. They are molding the future generation with dedication and love, and for that, they deserve all the accolades. Thank you, dear teachers, and a special thank you to the phenomenal Miss Cheryl! Our family is truly grateful."
"The Malvern School of Collegeville was the worst daycare experience we have had. We went there because the school has a good reputation and is supposed to be the best of the best - however, we were seriously disappointed. After having to change daycares, the staff paid no extra attention to my child while he was going through an adjustment period (he was only a little over a year old). When we would leave him in the morning and he was upset, they would just allow him to sit on the floor and cry instead of comfort him. Every child in the room looked miserable - nothing like the happy, playful children I saw at his previous daycare and his new one. Also, I question how qualified the staff is outside of the main teacher. They seemed to do poorly with children and not want to play with them. Also, when outside, the teachers all line up against a wall and talk while the children play, cry, fight - it doesn't matter. Multiple times I walked outside to find several kids crying and no teachers attending to them. The kicker, though, was on his 2nd day, he got pushed by an older kid (they had him in the older 1's class even though he wasn't the correct age). He was pushed into the cement side walk and had cuts all over his face. I understand kids fall - but one would think that the teachers would take extra care when the kids are running outside, especially if there is a younger child in the class. My husband finally pulled him out after he dropped him off and experienced first hand how miserable all of the children were. We are now in a new daycare and he doesn't even cry at drop off! The kids are all having fun and we've had only minor scrapes because the teachers engage with the students! The worst part of all of this is I emailed them to tell them I was pulling him out and called the director multiple times. I got an email response to call her - but she never returned my calls. The last thing I heard from her was today, 2.5 months later, when they decided to randomly pull out the tuition money! What a classless thing to do with NO PRIOR WARNING. I contacted the school and they sent me a receipt but no explanation why it was taken out without warning and 2.5 months later. I would suggest many other schools over this place!"
