"I love going to this place. It's better than going to the regular doctors in my opinion. Everytime I make an appointment I get in and out quickly not to mention that when I stop in they usually have time open for me within an the next hour. However, I didn't care for the counseling services. I got the feeling they didn't want me to come in but to go to the counselor at home (about an hour with no transportation) instead. At the time this was hard for me since I was going through bad anxiety and depression due to being off my meds. If you're a student who doesn't have transportation or has anxiety about calling places, this place would be great for you for the health services."

"They arent really helpful. Its bare minimum health knowledge and they only know a few diagnosis. You're better off visiting UPMC or another fairly close place with actual health knowledge. Also the only handicapped technology they have is the automatic door open buttons their scale is outdated and only useable by someone who is in perfect shape"

"Extremely unprofessional. I called girl on phone is horrible at gathering information. I asked for the nurse to call me back. It has been 3 hours, still no return call. My child called when they opened at 10 am today. They were to call in a persrlcription, still not done."
