"I have absolutely nothing nice to say about Hillen and Belvedere. The shared hot water with 20 other tenants. Mice and they charge for every single thing, need a light bulb $30 charge. Management sucks & This place doesn’t work with you they just money! they don’t care why you late with rent first notice they send you right to court. Not to mention all the fees they’ll add. I’m so mad Im stuck in my lease I wouldn’t rent here even on my last worst day. Next year I’m out of this hell whole!"

"Mouse infestation problem. My cat is catching a mouse almost everyday and today we find babies. We have a Roach problem. Nothing can make them go away, not even the exterminator. Our apartment wasn't in top condition when we moved in. We always need something fixed now. They don't have enough men that are educated enough to do the jobs correctly. We've lived here for 3 years..the only reason we're still here because it's affordable. Another problem is the Mold!! We have mold in our laundry room and noone has came to fix it. Pictured are shown below."
