I just wanted to ask a few questions about leasing, but the staff treated the potential leasing customer horrible. Please show a basic decent respect to another. It is not good for a reputation of the aparment's brand. Very opposite leasing team attitudes from other apartments in Bethesda."

"I wrote a bad review late last night so Sarah Bonifant (community manager) came to my door at 9pm and left a lease violation at my door. The Same day in email she said stop using incense or it could result in a lease violation for “disturbance” and I said to the leasing office fine. Since I wrote the review she decided to give me a lease violation anyway. Do not move here . There are other places for 4K plus a month that won’t treat you like this and you’ll have peace of mind. I am being bullied by the community as they try to push me out daily."

"The Edge is a beautiful and great place to live. Excellent amenities. The staff, concierges and leasing team (Katalin and Adam) were always helpful and responsive to anything we needed. Good location, it is very close to public transportation and easy and quick commute to DC downtown even without a car. Highly recommended!"
