Maizon Bethesda

"I made an appointment online via the MAIZON website this past weekend to view apartments and the community this coming Saturday. I never received a confirmation email or call. I called the MAIZON this morning to request confirmation of my tour. A man answered my call and did not tell me if he worked in the leasing office. He told me that all tours scheduled for this weekend are cancelled since the leasing office will be closed. No one from the MAIZON staff bothered to call me to let me know."

"The building is beautiful, staff is very attentive, and common spaces are nice. Oftentimes very overrun with people, and the package room is a nightmare—always messy and disorganized."

"We have lived I'm Maizon for a little over a month since downsizing from our home. We looked at all the modern apartment buildings in Bethesda and chose Maizon over all the others and we are so glad we did. The building and amenities are new and well maintained with an amazing roof top pool! The service has been prompt and friendly. Moving into a new apartment there were some things that needed addressing in our first week. When I submitted a request online before leaving for work in the morning it had been fixed by the time I returned home in the evenings. From the property manager to the leasing agents and the maintenance team everyone has been friendly and helpful whenever we see them."

"I absolutely love living here at the Maizon. Aside from the obvious (perfect location, luxurious living/finishes), the little nuances and details of living here are unmatched. Kester helped me find the perfect unit for me, asking questions I didn’t even consider. Carl is super nice and friendly, always smiling and speaking with residents. The lovely women working at the desk, Phoenix and Catherine, are so welcoming and helpful. Any maintenance issues I need solved are solved within the day if not within the hour. I seriously cannot praise the Maizon enough for the wonderful experience I’ve had thus far while living here."

"We have lived at Maizon since mid-May and enjoyed our stay here. The common areas and the gym are good. We also like small office and meeting room that we can reserve and use. Apartment staff are friendly and helpful. The kids and us also enjoy fun social activities that Maizon organized every month. The swimming pool is great and we hope it could open every day and stay open longer than the summer season. Kudos to Maizon team!"
