"TLDR version: this place is old and you get what you pay for (and a lot less). There are various things we wish we knew about this apartment complex before we moved in because if we could have seen it before, we would not have picked this place to reside. We have been here only 14 days and have been putting orders to try to make this place feel a bare minimum of comfortable and it’s showing how old this building really is. The hot water in the shower doesn’t last. Not a single floor of the apartment is level, including the living room, bedrooms or kitchen and it gives me vertigo daily. All three windows in our apartment are not weather sealed, rain comes through and cold air bleeds into the rooms, which I’m certain is going to drive up our utility costs. The front door is jammed and is not fit correctly, also letting in cold air. This apartment building is not renovated or updated to what most places have in 2023, probably not for 2020. The apartment boasts a great amount of square footage but that’s lost when factoring the dead space of staircase and hallway. Washer and dryer are both small. Shower door in the bedroom was misaligned and water leaked through into the floor and can’t be fixed. Outdoors, the trash is overflowing on a daily basis. They have recycling and waste bins but due to over flowing trash and poor labeling, you cannot tell which is which. Parking is cheap but there are very little spaces to park and spaces are very small. The “fitness center” is abysmal and very small. Even before we moved into this apartment, the unit we signed for was given away so we had to settle for a different unit than what we had picked. We didn’t have a choice because our previous lease was ending and did not have time to find a new apartment. The leasing office offered us a discounted rate for a 12 month lease and 11 more months of this is really going to be a test. They have flyers up for refer a friend bonuses. I would not refer anyone here."

"The apartment I rent is generally good. The pool is well maintained and has acceptable hours. However, I have had rainwater leaking through a window for more than a year. They have never repaired it despite multiple requests. Also, the places where garbage is deposited are collapsed. Usually the deposits are full and it is not possible to categorize recycling adequately."

"The apartment is good but the assistant property manager Jasmin is rude and does not seem to care about the residents. Please don’t expect to get your $500 deposit back, it will not happen! Plus they will charge you extra when you move out! We lived there for 3 years and ofcourse the carpet would have some stains, we checked with their own cleaning service and were told we should be ok since the management would change the carpet anyway since it was more than 3 years old. But guess what they charged us for the replacement! We asked if we could get the carpet cleaned since we had 3 more days left on our lease and the assistant property manager Jasmin refused. The property manager is good, so I would suggest to just talk to her if you have any concerns."

"We moved into our place about 6 months ago and love it so far. The value is incredible for the location and we have not had any problems. We also love our new balcony."

Basically: -Rodents -Construction -Loud -No parking -Door dings -Lazy management -Huge sink hole -Lies about the apartment before move-in You get what you pay for. This place is cheap for the area, but living here will reflect the cheapness of the rent more than the area you are located in. I'm sure they will want to 'talk to me about my experiences' or whatever, but that is just to make it look like they care to people reading the reviews."
