"Was a good building until an aggressive and uninterested receptionist came to work here. Commanding people to listen to you is not a good when you are the first person to be seen upon entering the building. Not to mention, having full phone conversations while at the front desk, ignoring you until they have a problem with you. A very negative experience whenever the receptionist is seen"

"I love my apartment especially the view I had virtual tour with Carla she were amazing very helpful and very knowledgeable. I been living in here 3 years now and allot of things got changed especially when it comes to leasing office/ management and front desk stuff. Extremely disappointed! I had incident that someone break in to my apartment. On October 8/2022 I asked management to provide camera footage via email. I emailed several times and called to office several times as well. They just giving false/not truthful information that they are working on and giving promises that they will give me a call on next day… it’s been a month now and they did not give me a call… I do not understand why this management is giving false promises if they are not planning to provide camera footage. What’s the point of this theatrics? If building can’t provide safety why they mention that it is secure building. Literally anyone can access to this building from both sides it used to be secure, but now it is definitely not if someone was able to break in to my apartment I’m sure it can happen again with other residents."

"Nice building and staff, but it's next to a lot of crazy homeless people. I've been living here for about 2 years and while I like the building itself, it's right next to the American Inn where MoCo is moving in a ton of homeless people and people who've been in mental institutions. There's a woman who screams at people while walking around Woodmont and a guy who claps and screams right outside the window throughout the day. Do not move here unless you can deal with the screaming and feelings of discomfort. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests."

"This is one of the best rental apartment buildings I have stayed at. The highlight: its 5-star, super helpful, super friendly and very supportive "Staff". They are responsive to any and all reasonable requests that you make, be it maintenance related or general inquiries. I would like to appreciate Famata Moore, specifically for all the times she has helped me and proactively has taken care of residents at 8200 property. This place is not as fancy as some of the newer apartment buildings in the neighborhood, but I can guarantee you won't complain, given the facilities for the price you pay and the most welcoming staff you'll encounter."

"I have had the pleasure of living at 8200 Aldon for a year and wanted to share what a tremendous experience it has been for me. Aldon has consistently provided nothing short of superb services since I arrived. The leasing office is filled with expert agents who made the process of singing a lease easy to understand and enjoyable. The Management office has provided remarkable services. They make themselves available at all times. They are professional, personable and consistent in the services they provide. Maintenance has always responded in a timely fashion to service requests and delivered superb results. The people who staff the concierge desk are very attentive and respectful to the tenants and their visitors on all occasions. I feel grateful to call Aldon home."
