"I’ve had the absolute pleasure of being a resident in this place since April of 2023. It’s been, truly, a treat. From the incredible front desk people like Tia, Scott and several others, to John in the leasing office along with Tracy, Leonard and others too, you feel like you’re a part of the community rather than just a tenant. Every single person is warm, inviting and absolutely a blast to talk with. The apartment itself, with its in unit laundry as well as beautiful views, nice appliances and wonderful amenities all managed by the amazing maintenance crew on staff, who are just as friendly and warm as everyone else who you’ll find here, it’s hard to go wrong with this wonderful place. I can’t recommend this place enough! I hope I’ll continue to be here for several years. Let us hope the rental market remains reasonable haha!"

"You should not waste other people's time if currencies other than the US dollar are not considered as money. Extremely bad management, I really recommend everyone to find something better, which we all deserve."

"I just moved from a townhome to an apartment. As I searched for a new place, I found Bozzutto properties stood out among the many choices as well-managed properties with friendly, happy staff. The Metropolitan ticked all the boxes of what I wanted in my new home...clean, well-maintained, welcoming, with a pleasant non-institutional feel. Also, the amenities of the units held promise for a smooth transition from a 3-level home to a 4-room apartment. That and the very helpful, kind staff made it a reality. I am very glad to live here."

"My partner and I lived here for almost 2 years. I have to admit; this was one of the best places. I moved from different cities and states, and The Metropolitan exceeded my expectations. The staff were always friendly, and if there were a problem, the maintenance team responded very quickly. The apartment has a lot of amazing amenities, such as free coffee, free food events, a decent gym for your basic needs, and a roof top pool that was always clean with an amazing view. It saddened us that we moved to another city because we truly did enjoy living here. They are located at the heart of Bethesda with about 75 restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets within walking distance, and the metro to DC is right down the street. The only negative issue was the unnecessary amount of times they entered the apartment for a check up. It's both a good and bad thing: bad for privacy issues and disturbance issues, but good for general maintenance. Overall, we were happy!"

"We lived here for 14 months. A+ location and staff. Repairs were always quick, and staff were extremely polite and accommodating. In particular, John in the leasing office worked with us to figure out the cheapest option for our short-term lease renewal when we needed to move out but caught with awkward timing between jobs. Amazing people here who clearly want the best for their residents."
