Gaitherhouse Apartments

"yet another apartment in this area that reported roaches. Thank you to everyone who wrote this and saved me money. This is literally the sixth apartment review that I've seen in Gaithersburg/Germantown that has roaches. I cant believe this area is becoming so filthy"

"Living here , you will experience rats, cockroaches , experience water off often especially for 2days before thanksgiving and thanksgiving day ( no wash, no cooking, no bath flushing toilet) , experience noisy neighbor fighting with kids day and midnight from your neighbor 7 days a week , experience your neighbors smoking through all your bedroom, experience building smoking alarms whining/ noising for days have you feel sick . . ."

"Even a one star review is a lot. They give no maintenance to the apartments and yet when you move out they expect you to leave things as if they were new. Due to their lack of professionalism, the cabinets were not installed properly and they fell and cut my leg. My family and I did not receive compensation for the lost things. Staff members are very rude. Overall, do not recommend."

"I have lived at Gaither House Apartments for about 1 ½ years, and I have had a wonderful experience. All of the main concerns one might have when renting are covered. Maintenance is timely, efficient and accurate. All the people in the office are helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is safe, pricing is reasonable, and the neighbors are good people. The apartments are very clean, have been modernized, and have no mechanical issues. If I have not mentioned everything in this brief review, I apologize. However, I would give an honest rating of 9/10 for Gaither House, simply because I want cheaper rent, but it is Montgomery County so I guess it is not their fault; they may deserve a 10/10."
