"Terrible infrastructure DO NOT MOVE IN. The apartment building is literally leaking in MULTIPLE units from the melted snow all because of the terrible and cheap construction of the apartment. Leasing office is extremely unhelpful and all they do is lie to your face about getting back to you. Maintenance would not help until all the snow melted and the leasing office did nothing to help us relocate for at least a couple of days. Only one person was working today. We are in unlivable conditions and it is only a matter of time when a hazardous amount of mold will start to grow. Renters insurance, maintenance, and the apartment staff are completely useless and nothing has been done to help us out. Absolutely nothing. I am interrupted constantly by workers there and dismissed. Terrible management and malpractice with no regard for anyone’s wellbeing."
"Since I’ve moved into the building, there has been nothing but chaos. My packages have been stolen left and right. My car was towed while I pay for a parking pass, which the rental office knows yet still wouldn’t have my car released. My car was burglarized, in a gated parking garage! The staff swears they’re empathic, yet they don’t care or have a heart to keep hitting me with fees left and right as if my rent isn’t already high enough. I am baffled and truly disappointed. The apartment is nice, yes. But everything that comes with living here is a huge NO. I would not recommend and as a current resident, SAVE YOURSELF the trouble. Seriously. Also, the fire alarm randomly goes off at all times of the day and half of the time, it’s problems with the doors and codes."
"Great help from the team and Salwa. Much appreciated for all their efforts in getting us an apartment! I will say lately the quarters have been a bit disappointing. A vehicle was stolen from the garage when the garage gate was not working. Sucks to pay a monthly parking fee and not have my property protected. (The gate was not working for several weeks). On top of that we are awaken by the fire alarm at least once or twice a month in the middle of the night. The previous time it took quite a while before the fire department got there. That being said, the staff and living situation has been great just a two large issues that need to be accounted for"
"The absolute worst. Just over a year of living here and we already can't wait to leave this place. It's one inconvenience after another and they have the nerve to sell it as luxury living. Construction and repairs begin right at 8:00 in the morning and have been ongoing for months. They constantly come up with reasons to enter your apartment which feels like more of a check in to see how you live than for legitimate reasons. They will ask you to remove everything from in front of your water heater and ac unit door so they can install monitors, remove everything from your patio for cleaning, painting, etc, make sure to clear your walk-in closet so water monitors can be installed, on and on. They do give a date they say they will show but that really means they may show on that date or anytime up to 8 months after that. The front office will not communicate this to residents but when they do finally appear you are expected to accommodate them. This is peddled as improvements to make it the best community it can be - laughable. An adequate staff that cares about the residents would demonstrate that more than these ridiculous "improvements". The elevator has been out of service for months. We don't live far from this one so we're left with taking the stairs, walking to another building or waiting until we're on our way out to get mail, packages, etc. Because deliveries are thrown about the mail room who knows if they may even still be there. The leasing office is completely incompetent, rude and doesn't attempt to be at all helpful. You can see from other reviews management here doesn't take any responsibility for the inept way The Quarters is run. My best advice is to avoid this dump as long as there are comparable apartments in the area. It actually feels ghetto with trash left in the hall, constant rodent sightings and drug deals happening day and night all over the property. The so-called luxury living - because of a washer and dryer - isn't worth the hassle when you are forced to resort to hiring a lawyer as we have. Save the canned reply because we just want to get as far away from here as possible."
"Awful. Loud and rude neighbors. Staff is nice until you sign lease. Not luxury at all. False smoke alarms monthly if you like that annoying sound. Nothing gets fixed. Garbage in halls on carpet. Saw a motor cycle being hailed in to an apartment. Don't move here."
