"This place is terrible when it comes to getting something fixed. The maintenance manager/supervisor and his workers are slow to respond. I have to call 3-4 times to get something fix and when they do come, they do a poor job. I have provided some photos below. The first one is when the AC vent was leaking water into the carpet. They fixed the tubing that was dislodged then left. They did not care if the carpet was wet and smelly. They said "that isn't my job" and then said that carpet cleaners will come clean that. no one came to clean the carpet and it is still wet. The other two photos is when they came to fix the laundry closet door. What they did to fix the issue was drill more whole into the door, which I can tell they have been doing this for while instead of replacing the door. In the process of fixing the door they scratched the paint off the door and said they would come fix that later, that was 1 year ago and I'm still waiting for them to paint the door and clean the carpet. If they dare to even comment it better be to say "we are going to fix it now" instead of saying I'm sorry which is all they have to say. I'm glad my lease ends soon and I will never live at a complex owned/managed by Edgewood Management."
