"**Update** So, the field mouse and rat issue has been resolved, two nights ago I was visited by a roach, full context, I have never had this issue living here until two night ago, I called Emergency Services and have yet to have my work order completed, I also noted I have the unwelcomed visitor in a jar should they need to see it. Between the rats and field mice that frequent (think hot spot food vibes) the dumpster in the warmer months, to maintenance that does not understand why they should have/wear booties when entering people's homes, to the laundry center that have washers (down to one) that smell like mildew, again a call to the leasing office, as well had a leaking ceiling where the stain is still visible (painted over), bright side, no longer leaking. Be prepared, as people in the surrounding area will also join you in dumping their trash into the properties dumspeters as well, so getting your trash out on time is paramount. First year moving here from a one landlord owned place downtown (also had mice) wanting a better apartment experience but meh, looking forward to the next place."

"After you move out or get evicted their collector and Jennifer HARASS you to get their money. And also raise the price saying there’s nothing you can do about it."
