Seneca Village

"I am currently living in the Seneca Village Apartments from last one week. So far it’s been pleasant and did not notice any issues. It’s pretty close to my work location. Management is helpful and cordial. Especially I had great experience with Jessee. I was in contact with Jessee regarding the apartment and had to change my move in dates. Jessee was supportive and helpful throughout the process. He is really a nice person to work with and I recommend."

"I've made the best out of where i live. My neighbors and the community are nice. The office staff and Maintenace team are nice, but they are completely non-responsive to any issues. My washer and dryer have been broken for months now and instead of getting a new one or fixing it, they keep coming in my house telling me that they have to "talk to their boss" and leaving never to be seen again. I keep making work orders and they come and say the same thing as this is horrible. I've had to hand wash my clothes for months now. Also, there are cockroaches everywhere in my house. I've contacted the leasing office about this, and they never got back with me, now I have to hire my own exterminator. I have small children in my house, and these are unsafe and unsanitary living conditions."

"I worked with Jessie through their leasing office and I have to say his knowledge and service was unmatched. We had multiple niche things we were looking for in an apartment and he managed to find us the best unit that had everything we were looking for. He even managed to get us a great deal and help us out with getting our utilities covered."

"I stayed in SENECA village for a little over one month and my experience is pleasant here. It is a safe community. Mostly families live here. Apartments are small in size, but decent for living. I must mention the name of my leasing agent Ms. Thalia Salguero. Thalia is a fantastic leasing consultant to work with. She was always cordial and helpful and listened to complaints and acted proactively to resolve those. I will definitely give her a 5-star recommendation and wish her very best in her career."

"It's not that bad. I have 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. it's pretty neat. the living room has a great amount of space, and the kitchen and I've been living here (13 years). YEAH, there were some mice and roaches, but that was in the past. Now the apartments are clean or at least my apartment."
