"I just want to start of by saying who ever the gentleman is working for the leasing office should be fired. He hung up on my sister and dismissed her. My sister has called the rental office 3 times this week and nothing was done about the issue at hand though she is having numerous issues. He was rude, this place is complete trash she has caught 4 mice this week. There’s not hot water coming from the shower it’s been a week. The toilet is broken. They never put a work order in. This place again is complete TRASH. Why they have people working in the rental office that are disrespectful is beyond me. The a hole basically said her problems mean both and to deal with it. I would never recommend anyone to live here. It’s unreal. I hate she is currently here and we will work to get her out. Complete disrespect and disregard since she moved in. Completely unreal. They should hire new people asap to disrespect a lady with a child is uncalled for"

"As the previous person has mentioned, there's mice galore roaming the apartments, the actual leasing office is terrible and they pretty much slack on their jobs and I don't think there is any authority overseeing, because they run the place like they have nothing to lose and treat people like they are the trash that is the apartment I live in. I would absolutely NOT recommend living here whatsoever. The close proximity to places such as the bus stop, the grocery store, and Rio can be tempting but at the cost of living with mice, bugs, and run down kitchens and bathrooms. You can hear the people above you, beside you, beneath you and I have had to complain about loud music several times with nothing being done about it. It's disgusting and I do not care if they pass as "cheap rent", that is beyond me and it's horrible that companies would act so disgusting and greedy and lazy because they know they can take advantage of people who are out here trying to make an actual living. I hate this place and I do not recommend it. Good for the people who would but what I have said is the truth."

"This place is terrible, my cousin lives here the rental office doesn't respond to calls or emails, it's quite pathetic, there's never peace it's run down with mice and roaches. We had the holiday at her place and it was the worst we couldn't hear our tv"

"Do not move here they have a mice infestation. You will be catching at least 5 to 6 mice a day your family will get sick and if you have any animals, they could possibly die. We lost our bird. At night, you will be able to hear the mice running through your apartment and running through the walls. This place is very affordable, but you’re gonna have to learn to live with mice."

"Im giving them a 5 stars because they have done an amazing job I always see them working hard every day cleaning the property and attending to peoples needs the maintenance has done a great job my refrigerator broke and they immediately came to replace it I love the work and dedication that they give to satisfy the residents needs. They are hard working and really respectful gentlemen. I would recommend anyone to live here because the service is great."
