"Beautiful buildings and set up. They have a lot of nice "public" spaces for residents (i.e. courtyards, a dog washing station, a gym, lounge). The apartments themselves are a bit small for the price and there are a ton of added fees on top of the month to month rent. They have a garage - each resident gets one parking spot. Convenient to get to from the highway but not close enough that you can hear it. There's a park across the way that's easily accessible."

"I just relocated from a Camden community in Denver to Rockville. I actually work for Camden remotely so I came back in November to tour Camden Washingtonian. The property was beautiful and so close to a bunch of shops! While I ended up choosing another local Camden community, the staff are all part of the same team! Eudel and Krista are so fun and kind! They have been super welcoming! Thank you for everything so far!!"

"I usually do not write reviews but given the circumstances I felt a responsibility for future renters to write one. This Camden Washingtonian property is located at a great location next to a wooded area and being next door to lifetime athletics club was certainly most appealing. However, our troubles started quite early after having moved in. We would be woken up by dog barking next door continuously early in the morning, sometimes earlier than 6 am. Our bedroom is next to the neighboring unit. Initially we notified our neighbor of the situation, but nothing changed. We then felt forced to contact management directly to try to resolve this situation, they tried to convince us the noise was not coming from our neighbor but from somewhere else, making us think we were going crazy, we checked upstairs, downstairs, but clearly the noise originated from next door. They proudly let us know they had gone to check our floor (in the middle of the day!) and no noise could be heard even though we have specified over and over that the noise only happens in the early mornings. We have shared recordings with Camden as well to no avail. In addition, they told us no other neighbor has any issue with the noise, which is not surprising since our unit is the only one directly next to our neighbor. We asked if they could move us to a different unit, which they agreed to but mentioned that of course we would have to pay half a month’s rent as a moving fee. Basically, we are being punished even though we have not done anything wrong. Camden clearly does not care about their own lease agreement where renters have a right to ‘quiet hours’. If you are considering moving here, please beware of how Camden management behaves in situations like this. It is hard to tell if they just do not care or if it is simple incompetence. I seriously doubt we will ever be living at a Camden property ever again."

"The entire move in process was incredibly smooth!! Krista in the leasing office was amazingly helpful and resourceful. Made my first time moving such a breeze. The building and the area are amazing as well. Highly recommend Camden if you are looking for an apartment."

"Living here for almost four years was one of the BEST experiences I’ve had with a leasing and engineer team and property. Their leasing agents and property manager are always professional, welcoming, kind, well informed, and efficient, and I have to call out Nani, Chad, and Charisma because Nani started when I moved in and helped me sign my lease and Chad and Charisma were there when I left to move to Chicago, and it was definitely bittersweet. Also amazing are the engineering team, namely Claudius, Isaac, and James. My mom was always jealous at how quickly they attended to any maintenance issues, as well as how efficient they too were to keeping up an already beautiful property. If you’re moving to Gaithersburg, Camden Washingtonian is the only choice for a great, fulfilling, and value for the money and multiple-year experience. Thanks, Camden Team! Best, Nick"
