"Absolutely rude! I called on behalf of a client who was interested in renting a unit. I explained to the lady that I represent someone and proceeded to ask my questions. She rudely cut me off and stated she is not interested and to have my client contact her directly. She then hung up. This is not professional behavior and quiet frankly, I don't see how anybody would want to live here with people that can't even answer basic questions!"
