"The only 5 star reviews are from before the building was even open and I see why. They don't care about you in this building. There are supposedly 55 units and we have two tiny dumpsters... and we are threatened with fines or evictions when there's nowhere else to dispose of our garbage. Granted I don’t want trash piled inside the trash room either but there are several solutions to most problems we have in this building… the employees would just rather be mean and nasty instead of fix the problems at their roots. They run this building like a prison, it's not comfortable. The employees will stare you down and if you try to speak to them, say hello or good morning… you’re met with attitude or ignored. My neighbor tried expressing her concerns to whomever those people were at the ribbon cutting and was met with disgust basically, for saying anything. I'm not sure if it's a race thing or what but I've genuinely never felt so uncomfortable in what's supposed to be my own home. I'm constantly dismissed as well, by Ms.Tracy especially, when expressing my concerns and such. We were left without water and the maintenance boy seemed upset I called the emergency line. I told him I understood it was sudden and he was tired and all that but if it was an emergency it needed to me attended to as such. I asked Ms. Tracy if that boy is expecting to maintane this entire building by himself and she deflected the question and dismissed me saying the water would be back on any moment. They were under the impression that i was upset selfishly. I wasn't the only one who woke up to get ready for the day just to realized there is no water. I spoke up for all of us. Like I said, if it was an emergency, it needed to be attended to as such. I strongly believe if I hadn't called they would've left us without water for even longer. There's just so much wrong and I keep trying to get in touch with the heads to rectify several situations but what's the point if I'm still going to be dismissed.. or worse... for speaking out. I would just like to be happy and comfortable in my new home. I genuinely hope to hear from someone who is interested in rectifying these situations. Thank you and have a blessed day."
"i was interested in moving here and i’ve gotten approved and have scheduled an appointment as well, but prior to having someone reach out to me i tried calling and emailing different questions i had about rent, a tour of an apartment, trying to adjust my application and i never heard anything back. when i finally got connected to someone on the phone their name was tracy and i received a very negative attitude and she talked to me like i was stupid after asking some basic questions about the apartment. i’m very disappointed with how my conversation went with her and i’ve heard a few other people complain about her as well… i think higher management needs to look into who they have working in the leasing office"
"My good friend lives here and is afraid to leave a honest review. He will not sign another lease with TM. Listen to the reviews. They are not all far from the truth. Seems as though they are only worried about getting section 8 voucher holders in than they are concerned with maintaining the building and caring for their tenants. Electrical issues, plumbing issues, trash compactor issues, fire alarm is not connected to the fire department and as you see property management issues. They have a 20 year old part time maintenance man who they expect to be a seasoned electrician, plumber, landscaper and housekeeping for 3 properties. They leave the front door unlocked and don't use the call system that is installed. All they seem to be worried about is filling the building up and collecting their rent. it's tough finding affordable living but this place seems to be a headache. Renters beware."
"Ms Cindy and Abby have been so supportive to me they are GREAT!!!!!!! and make you feel welcomed to the property Tracy is very rude and nasty she doesn’t make you feel comfortable to even talk to her or even be in her presence Ms Cindy and Abby actually cares about people and making them happy they both went above and beyond to make sure I would be comfortable with my unit I was shown 3 different units and I was a little discouraged at first because one of units I liked was assigned to someone so I almost gave up but Ms Cindy called me the very next day and offered me another unit and made sure I liked it before she assigned it to me she has been there for me every step of the way with me from the beginning which I appreciate her for everything she has done for me because I can’t thank her ENOUGH she is truly a beautiful woman inside and out she is very genuine and makes it better for you to want to live there"
"Beautiful new property. Customer service and attitude toward potential new residents....NEEDS WORK! I accompanied a family member for a lease signing and was appalled at how she was treated by Tracy (a leasing agent/manager). She acted as if every question was an imposition and was not very warm or welcoming at all! Thank God for Cindy the regional manager who was AMAZING!!! She was very warm and inviting and actually listened to and addressed any concerns that my family had. Had it not been for Cindy,my family member prepared to walked away because of the treatment she received. I can't say that I blame her no one wants to be made to feel unwelcome to a place that you are potentially going to call HOME. That is a big decision. Makes you wonder how many other potential residents experienced this same greeting and were turned off by the poor treatment? Please clone Cindy and send as many of her as possible to this new property!"
