"I have lived at Ridge View for going on 3 years now. The community is super quiet and enjoyable to live in. As a single woman, I can say it feels like a safe place to live. Whenever I have maintenance issues that I need help with they are always quick to help me fix it, and since I like knowing how to fix things on my own, they always help show me how to fix the issues myself as well. I definitely enjoy living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to live."

"Great apartments for the price! Might be one of the few apartments in the Baltimore area with affordability AND updated features. I’ve been living here for 2 years and just renewed into 2024. The leasing staff has been responsive to requests. Parking is always available front of the building. The apartments themselves are spacious - leaving plenty of space for renter-friendly decorations and full-size furniture. I’ve even made a little work from home space in my dining area since it’s sectioned off. I’m glad to be spending another holiday season here!"

"The apartments at Ridgeview is a wonderful place to live! I’ve lived here almost 2 years and my stay has been very pleasant. The property manager Dana and assistant property manager James has been so helpful with all of my needs. When I needed a few things worked on inside, the maintenance crew were also a big help! They were able to help to get things done in a timely manner. The people here at Ridgeview go above and beyond to make sure their community safe by adding cameras! I definitely recommend considering Ridgeview when looking for a place to live!"

"Would definitely give higher than 5 stars. RidgeView Apartments and Homes is definitely one of the best places I have ever lived. From the leasing office to maintenance team and grounds people, they really are on top of everything. I have had absolutely no issues with my living here for three years now. Would definitely recommend this place."
