"Tracy was excellent. I went to leasing office with maintenance requests and I was pleasantly surprised with her service. She was very nice and very professional. Technician Matt arrived to do some of the repairs in less than 1 hour. Thank you so much and I really appreciate it."

"Robb, the Maintenance guy was in my apartment today to fix the heater that was blowing cold air. He explained calmly to me that it was because the water he just added when he just came to change the filter was just heating up. He added that It would take some time. I told him about the faulty washers in the laundry room. As I accompanied him to take a look at it, I locked myself out. He kindly went to get the master key to let me in in no time. I appreciate his courtesy and help. Great customer service there!"

"I have been living here for about six months and the leasing staff have been nothing but unhelpful. I have asked for information or help from them a few times and they always have an attitude and refuse to look further into things if they don’t feel like it. I asked one of the leasing staff members today about how I could get a package delivered to my apartment without me being there. She said there was no way to allow UPS to deliver to my apartment and that I should get it shipped somewhere else. This is unacceptable."

"Ms Hillary has been most helpful in helping our family find an apartment. Ms.Hillary was helpful in every way, gathering all the information need by Canterbury. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, caring and had the ability to listen and make a suggestion. I am so very glad God has sent her our way. Oh, did I say she was patient and passionate, truly a blessing to us."

"Overall a great place my only downside is not having a washer and dryer in unit There are only 2 washer and dryers on the second floor shared for the whole building but 2 machines for 12 units seems not enough maybe more is needed. Anyway yes Canterbury is a great place to rent from. Yes there are reviews that talk about bugs or mice but if the front door of the building is left open of course it will draw in pests so always keep the front door closed. Hillary was our main lady that helped us get in here and I truly thank her for being able to help us because I think we may have been denied if we went with anyone else. She’s the best and truly grateful for helping us. Also I want to mention Rob the maintenance guy who recently came in for routine maintenance and was very cool and helpful I’m glad to have them in future needs"
